DUI

DUI evaluations and all levels of DUI treatment are available in all office locations. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

 

BCC offers services to those who have been arrested for a DUI.  Your first step is to make an appointment for a DUI Evaluation.  This evaluation will determine what level of care you need, so that you don’t put yourself in that situation again. These levels include:

 

Level I-

Risk Education-10 hrs. 

Level IIM-

Risk Education-10 hrs.

Early Intervention-12 hrs. 

Level IIS-

Risk Education-10 hrs.

Substance Abuse Treatment-20 hrs.

After Care Program

 

Level III-

Intensive Outpatient Treatment-75 hrs.

After Care Program

For Same Day DUI Evaluation, Provide:

 

- Statutory Summary Suspension 

- Driving Abstract         

 - Fee

- Reference familiar with your drinking habits

  (In person or by phone) 

 

Risk Education consists of four 2 ½ hour classes that are held every Tuesday in the Sycamore office from 6-8:30pm.  Saturday classes are also held periodically. Call for start dates. You must start on class number one and attend every week for the next three weeks.

 

Early Intervention, Substance Abuse & Intensive Outpatient Treatment is held in the Sycamore office on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-9pm and Fridays 9-12pm. Groups are held in the Rochelle office on Saturdays from 9:30am-12:30pm.  Call and schedule an intake appointment to get started.
