The SOAR Program was created to work to defer first offenders arrested for drugs or related charges from further involvement with illegal substances.

The program is a series of 4 group intervention sessions that are each 2½ hours in length.  This is followed by 3 monthly follow-ups consisting of drug screens and questionnaires about your progress.

Registration must be completed in person at BCC’s Sycamore office and includes filling out registration paperwork and paying the registration fee.  Attendance of all 4 sessions is required and at least 5 drug screens are administered throughout the program and are at the expense of the participant.
