4-7-8 Breathing Technique

There are ways to help calm your anxiety or stress. One of those ways is called 4-7-8 Breathing or Miracle Breathing. Our own Nicole Bowker will explain in this video.

4-7-8 Breathing, also known as miracle breathing. This breathing technique is beneficial to help regulate one’s breathing and help reduce stress and anxiety. Breathe in for 4 seconds through your nose, hold for 7 seconds, and release through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat until relaxed.
